This is a mock feature article I wrote for a course titled Writing and Editing in Print and Online. This project is very near and dear to me as I have worked with The Haven as a volunteer, teaching assistant, and digital media intern. The Haven is a community for people with disabilities in my hometown of Sarasota, FL, and this article describes their past, present, and future accomplishments as well as their overall mission.
